CLUB REGISTRATION
Registration Guidelines:
All players must sign & submit a completed 2024 player registration packet including financial, health and code of conduct forms before registration can be processed. All player registration packets must be accepted by a Renegades FC official administrator or emailed to info@renegadesfc.net
Copy of birth certificate (new players): Your team manager or Head Coach will need a certified copy of the birth certificate for our club registrar. Under NO circumstances will a hospital birth records be accepted.
Payment:
You may pay your annual club tuition fees below. No player card will be issued without subscription.
Uniform:
Per club policy, the complete uniform includes both Home + Away Kits & Training Top. There are no returns allowed. Fittings and purchases can be made at Soccer Stores located at 520 S. Brand Blvd. Glendale Ca. 91204 / Contact # (818)243-7790.
